I never was one to do exercise videos but now I am hooked. I spent the night at my cousin's a few months ago. She asked me if I wanted to do exercise TV the next morning. We thought we'd give Jillian a go. The next day I felt it. From then on I swear by Jillian especially her NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES workout. This will whip a girl into shape for sure. I haven't been very diligent with Jillian over the summer break. I did her video today and my body sure was sorry. No more slacking--I'm back with you Jillian.
